An Epidemic of Misdiagnoses. In 2009, Pacholok and co-author, Jeffrey J. Stuart, D.O. (a board-certified emergency medicine physician) started B12 Awareness, a website to educate the health-care community and the public to the dangers of B12 deficiency.
