Overcoming Chronic Pain Through Dance

Loolwa Khazzoom suffered from chronic pain for nearly a decade — In 2005, she intuitively discovered dance as a primary modality of healing her body. A professional journalist, she went on to research and write about the science behind dance and mind-body medicine. Today she teaches the Dancing with Pain method to health care consumers and practitioners across the country.  She and Dr. David Simon lead a discussion on pain today.
