Host Lisa Garr returns from maternity leave.  She spends the first half of the show talking about her whole birthing experience and then interviews Chuck Meece, research analyst and nutritional and lifestyle counselor. Lisa and Chuck take calls and discuss functional medicine and laboratory assessments of adrenal stress profiles and metabolic asssessment profiles to determine imbalances in the body. Chuck works with patients to eliminate disease and help them to obtain optimal health.
