Guest Highlight: Dr. Alex Duarte
Because of his interest in students with visual handicaps he spent four more years at the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, where he received his Doctor of Optometry Degree with emphasis on Low Vision. Dr. Duarte also earned a Ph.D Degree in Nutrition from Donsbach University in Huntington Beach, California and is on the Board of Editors for the Journal of Applied Nutrition. As Chairman of the Institutional Review Board of the American Association of Acupuncture and Bioenergetic Medicine, Dr. Duarte has helped to initiate legitimate research on Rife Technology. Out of 20 publications his latest book Resonance begins with the history of Royal Raymond Rife, but then quickly brings Rife Technology into the light of current day scientific investigations.
