Freedom From Food

Here’s a novel idea: If you don’t believe food will make you fat, then it won’t.  But if you do, it will!  The way you think about food has a direct reflection on being healthy for life.  This, according to Lisa’s gust today, Patricia Bisch.  She has written a book entitled Freedom From Food: A Quantum Weight Loss Approach.  In it she talks about why we can eat whatever we want, as much as we want and still lose weight. It’s all a mental process, having nothing to do with exercising or counting calories.  It’s about releasing the sabotaging thoughts we have around food and weight gain and reclaiming our personal power around food.  A very interesting hour!
