Today Lisa hosts a panel of experts talking about genetically modified foods — what they are, what the potential dangers are, and the current push for legislating Proposition 37 which would require GM foods to be labeled. Panelists include Jeffrey Smith, leading spokesperson on the health dangers of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) and best-selling author of Seeds of Deception and Genetic Roulette. He is joined by Steven M. Druker, a public interest attorney who initiated a lawsuit against the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as it relates to the legality of stocking our grocery shelves with GM foods. Food Policy lobbyist David Murphy will moderate.  This should be a very informative discussion!
